Is there a charge for the consultation?
All consultations with a our highly skilled and experienced therapists are complimentary. The complementary initial consultation includes a detailed skin analysis, options of the treatments, special package prices available and answer any questions or concerns you may have. There is no obligation to go through with a treatment after the initial consultation.
Some consultations with the Dr. Nguyen, there is a charge of $50 which will be reimbursed if you decide to have the treatment. Medicare rebates do apply to some consultations, all moles or skin cancer removal are bulk billed.
What if I am late for appointment?
We ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and relax. We want you to enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us in consideration of the next client , so please ensure that you arrive on time.
We also ask that once entering Skinique Beauty that you turn off your mobile phone in consideration of clients wanting to relax.
Cancellations
Out of consideration for others we kindly ask you to provide 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of 30% will apply for any non-attendance.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are valid for a 12 month period from the date of purchase. Purchasers should advise the recipient that they are required to contact the clinic as soon as possible to make an appointment. Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Return Of Goods
Refunds or replacements will only be made on faulty goods only. This should be arranged by email or phone directly to our clinic.
Return of any goods should be made within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required.
